Hello,
you can go to the "Comparison" section. In that section you can compare up to 4 different corrections with your current situation.

thanks .. this is really nice! i can tee up my adjustments early and simply wait till they get to where i want before placing the trade. how do i now push the strikes to IBKR as an order? will it be by selecting the strategy strikes in question or is there a way to send the whole strategy to the broker with 1 click? is there a place i can see a log of all my adjustments grouped by trades? would be great to be able to play them back offline.

Hello,
When in Comparison section, there are buttons to "finalize" the selected modified strategy either in Paper-Trading, Real-Market, or Real-Market with a Combo order. Only the variations in leg's quantity will be finalized.
Please note, not every combination of options can be placed to market as a combo order, depending on underlying contract some combinations can be unrecognized, and force you to place orders separately for each leg.
Once you have finalized your trades, in the General section of the strategy, just above the legs grid, there are multiple colored tabs, one of those is "Trades". In that tab there's a list of all the trades you registered in the strategy.
There is another feature you can use to evaluate how your strategy has evolved over time.
Before starting to place any trade in the strategy, click on the Strategy Settings button, and enable the "Snapshots" feature. Once you have finalized one or more trades, you can click on the Strategy Evolution button, and see how the strategy has changed over time.
Be aware that enabling this feature will increase consistently your strategy file size, and requires more CPU time when trades are being finalized.
