atNow always in 25 usd increments

    Hello,

i am in a debit spread trade using IBKR as a broker and the atnow profit is always in 25 usd increments, even though whats in TWS is different.

is there any way i can at least get the figures in beetrader and TWS close?

    thanks

without a screenshot with the legs of your strategy we can\'t understand what you are asking for.
Please send a screenshot with all the legs open positions quantities and average fill price.

Average Fill Price for your legs in beeTrader are different than those in TWS. TWS displays fill prices comprising the commission costs.
The At Now changes by 25 $ because of the minimum price movement of your options, given the quantity you traded, is equal to 25 $.

so how come beetrader doesnt use the actual fills from TWS? This tells me that, apart from commissions, the atnow figures can never be correct. i totally understand a few dollars difference here and there but 4 usd to 25 usd seems a big difference.

Also kindly explain the minimum price movement of 25 usd you mentioned. havent come across that before.
          thanks

            1. as I wrote in the previous message, in TWS fill prices have commission costs. You have two ways in beeTrader to come to the same results as TWS. First method: edit the Fill Price for your legs in the Trades section entering the exact same value you see in TWS. Second method: again in the Trades section of the strategy, edit the Broker Costs for your trades, entering the costs amount you sustained for each trade.
You can enter your fees profile directly in the Symbol Manager application which is installed with beeTrader. In that application, select the SP 500 Index row, click on the Details button, in the new window double-click on the "IB" button in the "Options" sub-grid, and in the Broker Costs you can select (or create) your profile. After this, whenever you create a new strategy in beeTrader the fees profile for that underlying is automatically applied.

            2. SPX options have a minimum price tick of 0.05, multiplier is 100, and you have 5 contracts long/short: 0.05 * 100 * 5 = 25 $.
